This trust was established in 2003. Over a period of last 13 years we have achieved our mission to some extent. In last few years we have launched many projects like Central India Cancer Foundation, Women and Cancer, Tobacco and Cancer, “UMMEED” the supports group. In last 10 years we have organized Cancer awareness rallies, more than 250 Cancer Awareness Camps, cancer detection camps for the masses. We had also organized lecturers on women and cancer in colleges and schools in Breast Cancer awareness month (October) every year to spread awareness about breast cancer, These camps and lectures are being organized in district of Vidarbha, adjoining districts of Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra. Those patients who are diagnosed in the camps they get 50% discounts on the treatment charges. To spread awareness of Cancer and Knowledge we have organized seminars on Cancer. For treatment of Cancer patients we are attached to Baraskar Multispeciality Hospitals, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. This hospital is serving to Govt. of Maharashtra under Rajeev Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana and treated 750 Cancer patients in last 2 years. So this is how we are working to fight against Cancer in this region
